Regular License (All Templates at Regular Price)
The Regular License grants you, the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to make use of the work that you acquire (Template).
Your use of the Item, under the Regular License, is subject to the following conditions:
1. You may use the Item alone or you may incorporate the Item into another track (s) / project (s) you are creating.
2. You may use the Item parts for unlimited track(s) / project(s) you are creating.
3. You must not directly or indirectly license, sub-license, sell or resell the Item, or redistribute the work alone (even for free), or offer to do any of these things. All of these things are referred to as Resale.
4. You may use the Item:
a. in a music composition(s).
b. for sound effects only, in a stand-alone music composition(s).
c. in your dj mixes and/or set(s) and/or public live set(s)
If the whole, or part, of the Item has been created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of the Template (or part of the template) is subject to the specific terms of the GPL in place of the foregoing conditions (to the extent the GPL applies).
Commercial License (Most Templates)
The Commerical License grants you, the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to make use of the work that you acquire
(Template + Master Files If Available).
Your use of the Item, under the Commerial License, is subject to the following conditions:
1. You may use the Item alone or you may incorporate the Item into another track (s) / project (s) you are creating.
2. You may use the Item parts for unlimited track(s) / project(s) you are creating.
3. Use in one end product, free or commercial. Most web uses. Unlimited copies of a downloaded or physical end product.
4. Release the master recording on a record label (You need to give complete credit to the Artist(s) Producer(s) in the song name, you may not rename or alter the song title or author.
5. Unlimited broadcast audience, or a theatrically released film. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.
6. Use the song in a commercially available application, video game or corporate video.
Full License (Selected Templates & Full License Section)
The Full License grants you, the Purchaser, an exclusive and transferrable right to make use of the item you acquire (Template).
When you buy a Full License, you will be considered as a new owner of the acquired Item.
After you will purchase a Full License, the Item will be removed automatically from the We Make Dance Music network and its affiliates and will never be accepted for sale. We will provide the buyer with a detailed invoice including the Full License terms that release the product from all possible claims.
By purchasing a Full License you will be able to:
1. transfer the rights of the template or full license you acquired.
2. sell and/or resell the Item.
3. assign you own copyright(s) to the Item.
4. change the title, remix, sample.
5. release it as is on a music label.
6. license, sub-license or re-distribute the Item or offer to do anything with the Item.
7. reproduce the Item as is or as a part of it.

Regular License (Masters Regular Price)
The Regular License grants you, the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to make use of the (Master File).
Your use of the Item, under the Regular License, is subject to the following conditions:
1. You must not directly or indirectly license, sub-license, sell or resell the Item, or redistribute the work alone (even for free), or offer to do any of these things. All of these things are referred to as Resale.
2. You may use the Item:
c. in your dj mixes and/or set(s) and/or public live set(s)
c. in a non profit video or media
Commercial License (Option Need To Be Selected)
The Commercial License grants you, the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to make use of the work that you acquire
(Master Files).
Your use of the Item, under the Commercial License, is subject to the following conditions:
1. You may use the Item alone or you may incorporate the Item into another track (s) / project (s) you are creating.
2. Use in multiple end product, free or commercial. Most web uses. Unlimited copies of a downloaded or physical end product.
3. Release the master recording on a record label (You need to give complete credit to the Artist(s) Producer(s) in the song name, you may not rename or alter the song title or author.
4. Unlimited broadcast audience, or a theatrically released film. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.
5. Use the song in a commercially available application, video game or corporate video.
