Adrian Funk

 Frandes Adrian (aka Adrian Funk), is a Producer, Remixer and DJ based out of Targu Mures, Romania. He creates and performs electronic dance music, including remixes of club commercial music, progressive house, electro house, deep house and tech house or amalgamations of other styles.

           Starting his career as a DJ in 2005 at local clubs where he was resident many years in a row, covering various styles and genres with a focus on dance music, progressive and electro house. Along time starded to play gigs all over the country. Adrian began creating his own house tracks after 4 years of DJ-ing when he managed to realease his first track on Beatport, Juno, iTunes and other online stores signed by Crossworld Music Group.
As time we he manged to have collaborations and creating remixes for international artists like Wow & Flute, Emrah Is and many others and signed original tracks to many labels: Crossborder Records, Unilife Reords, Crossair Recordings, CUE Digital, Hi-Tech Records, Housepital Records, System Recordings, Privilege Re-Load, SoundTrip Records, MA Records, Privilege, Purple Sun Records, LW Recordings, Soundwaves, Nvidia Sound Factory, Listen To My Sound, Protoxic Records, One Push Recordings, Soulshift Music, Le Mans Recordings, Roton, Global Records.

          In 2013 he won “Best Up & Coming Remixer” contest made by roclubhits.com, a site wich supports music scene from Romania.

          Recently Adrian started to have collaborations with Romanian DJ’s and foreign producers like DJ Jonnessey, OLiX, Crush, Alexandra Ungureanu, Vanotek, Nykkotin, Ales Mish, Studio Affairs(UK), Havana, Danny Darko, Andra Vlad Rusu, Aner, Miki Love, Carla’s Dreams and won few remix contests for Raoul Russu or Miki Love.
In his opinion, music has no borders, no limits, it’s about that feeling you have when you make a remix or produce a new track that’s why his remixes are so different with many influences like progressive house, deep house, electro house, tech house and so on.
